Good or bad has no absolute definition. You define what's good or bad for you, and that's the definition of it.

Law of Attraction, can be loosely related to mental karma and the results of those karma. It is at work day and night, whether you practice or not. For example, when you really want to learn or know about something, the information for that topic seems to come from unimaginable sources straight to you. Your mind actually attracts that information to you. Is that bad? No way. This is how we have learned and achieved things in our life. You are a result of all your past and present mental karma. In other words you have attracted all the things you have by your thoughts and actions.

It should be however practiced with some caution. Buddha says that clinging is the source of all suffering. And when you practice the law of attractions consciously, you are most likely clinging on to something, craving for something, and trying to get it. This attachment, this liking, craving, is a source of suffering. It will bring some misery eventually. The core practice of Buddhism is to let go of attachments, let go of cravings, and Buddha has given a path to bring the cravings to an end: the noble eight-fold path. So, by practicing law of attraction, you are actually doing exactly the opposite of what Buddha suggested. We can't say whether this is good or bad. You decide if this is what you want.

Yes, it would tend to increase craving.  Personally I think The Secret is new-age nonsense.

Yes, it's misunderstanding cause and effect in Buddhism. The idea is to get rid of suffering by seeing things as they are, not by having better things happen to you.
“You do not need to leave your room. Remain sitting at your table and listen. Do not even listen, simply wait, be quiet, still and solitary. The world will freely offer itself to you to be unmasked, it has no choice, it will roll in ecstasy at your feet.” Franz Kafka
