Tibetan Buddhists have Tsog offering days tied to the cycle of the moon.
For convenience some groups simply take the 10th and 25th days of each calendar month.

i follow chinese calender so in lunar day 1, 8, 15, 22 that uposhata day for me regularly

I change the offerings and wipe my altar on the 1st and 15th day of the lunar calendar.

I follow the Thai Dhammayut calendar myself but whichever you follow iit will bring great fruit and benefit! Today is an uposatha for me: http://www.accesstoinsight.org/ptf/dhamma/sila/uposatha2011.html
