The Clover Maxims
« on: November 30, 2018, 06:59:30 am »
Here is a handy reference to the eleven Clover Maxims.  It's a list of handy and helpful tips, much like Lojong slogans that can help folks navigate the sometimes difficult world of social media.

  • Never take what is written to, or about you, personally.
  • If something written to, or about you, is meant to be taken personally, see Maxim 1.
  • Never mistake clever for profound.
  • Never post your contact info.
  • HARDEN THE !@#$ UP.
  • Own what you post.
  • Never threaten to unfriend someone - just unfriend them.
  • If people take undue offense at what you post, refer them to Maxim 5.
  • Never point out errors in spelling or grammar someone else makes.
  • Whatever it is, it doesn't make you better than anyone else.
  • Nobody really cares about you except your mother
