I recently made it for my self really more clean than commercial soap i bought but of course there not a lot of foam ( well for more foam the instruction said add castrol oil for more foam )

If I were you I would add only CASTOR OIL which is vegetable based.

Any oil with Castrol on the tin (unless it's castor oil!) certainly won't help your complexion, since most oils produced by Castrol are mineral oils for motor use ( use in car engines)
Hope you can understand this, as I know English isn't your first language.

I made it with water (aqua or pure rain water) : lye( NaOH)  : Palm Oil =  1:2:4 ( i tried it with not very large quantities)

put the water in water jug than add the lye after mix it put into palm oil tada mix it ( abit around with some metal spoon/ fork, i use my metal knife for steak for turn around the liquid [ you know a bit like make scramble egg])   than let it solid in 6 day( well supposed longer than  6 day but that already uposatha day so i used it).

my first soap like between soap and detergent really fragile,  ;D

I've never made any soap but I know from my chemistry days the process is called saponification.
You can use oils other than palm oil, eg) Olive oil, coconut oil, etc
Probably by varying the oils and the temperature of the mix you can get the consistency you require, with some experimentation.
Best of luck.
