Title: Question about Ati Guruyoga
Post by: moonmanhere on February 18, 2016, 08:19:31 pm
Hello, all. I'd like to pose a question to the community about the meaning of "Ati Guruyoga." Chögyal Namkhai Norbu has said that practicing Ati Guruyoga in our everyday lives is the most important aspect of Dzogchen, and that all other practices are secondary. Can someone please explain exactly what Ati Guruyoga is or means? Is it practicing mindfulness in our everyday lives and being aware of our primordial nature? Is it maintaining an awareness of rigpa? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
