In northern California, near the town of Ukiah, is a Mahayana Dharma center of note.  It website is rich with inspiring materials.   http://cttbusa.org/

Yes T, Master is a real bodhisattva!  I wonder where that picture on the right was taken?  I recall some LA gathering where many high sangha members, along with Dalai Lama appeared - maybe there, back in the 1980s?

By the by, I suppose you know that Bhikshu Dharmamita (the translator of the Kalavinka PDFs) was one the original five monastics that Master Hua sponsored in 1968 or so.  He was known as Heng Shou back then.
