To fully give a true answer to what Nirvana is can not be done unless one has reach Enlightenment, But in my humble understanding it is not possible to write a 100% true answer, it can only be experienced.

Correct nirvana can only be experienced. Nirvana is the lack of suffering I feel from everyday crap that used to destroy me. Nirvana is the good feelings u get when u truly see that letting go is the only way forward ^_^  U let go through meditation, not through words! Then you can learn to meditate while talking as I do now. When u are meditating and talking and u are truly aware that u are the universe acting and not the false self, u are at peace! That is my daily life, and tho I would never admit it to most of my friends, I live life as one with the universe just as buddha did 2500 years ago. Interestingly, all my friends and everyone I interact with has noticed a huge change in me. Its been an incredible time of beautiful energy. I can just give people energy by being in their presence and that is a beautiful thing! The lives of everyone around me is improved! Its CRAZY!!! Lol :D <3

I would like anyone reading this to know that all the hype is just that. No institution has the rights to enlightenment. It is not some supernatural phenomenon. The best way to put it is this I think. Imagine the whole universe is 1 gas. This gas can vibrate on different levels and it creates all things including the illusion of u. Now imagine you are the gas in the shape of a human with the illusion of you.(right now) Now imagine you are experiencing negative emotions due to the fact that u are experiecing the ups and downs of this illusion of u as reality. Now imagine you as a being sees through this illusion and comes to terms with the fact that u were gas all along and will continue to be gas forever.

AND FINALLY.  Imagine that this is not something you do with your analytical mind like I just did in the above paragraph lol. It is a real experience of seeing the universe differently, which is freeing.

I agree.  Sometimes it becomes tempting to attempt a rational explanation for Nirvana, but when Nirvana is reached, it reveals itself to be ineffable.  Attempting to describe Nirvana detracts from the experience because descriptions rely on attachment to concepts.
