For the past 10 years I have tried every pharmaceutical therapy imaginable, every psychological treatment imaginable, hospitalized with electro-schock-therapy countless times, sought refuge in the Sangha practicing the Dhamma. Nothing allieviates what seems to be but a destiny.

This can not be permitted to exist in the gene-pool.

Don't you have a doctor you can attend in periods of emergency?
Maybe that wouldn't help because you wouldn't have the will to seek help. So from my outside perspective you should not live alone because there should be somone who at least ties you up in cases of emergency - physically or medically -  to prevent you from doing harm to yourself.

That could be dangerous, as a martial artist the method of unrestricted violence, both spiritually and physically, as a path towards suicide comes to mind. However I just took some medication available to calm the minds of the concerned.

Apologies for the unecessary outlet. Crying out is a shameful thing.

The periods of emergency have been less and less frequent since I joined the Sangha should be observed, so the Dhamma is truly worthy of worship as the practitioners as well. Sadhu.
