Does "Mind training" and "Brain Exercise" actually work? Is it worth the effort.

Does "Mind training" and "Brain Exercise" actually work?

Take as example ordinary worldly education which is nothing but "Mind training" and "Brain Exercise".
Does it work?

Is it worth the effort.

"Worth the effort" in relation to what?  :fu:

I guess to "sort out" the mental processes acquired through meditation practices.
