Hello Everyone
« on: May 14, 2016, 07:34:59 am »
Hello everyone. I have been a Buddhist for many years, and I also happen to be trained in both medicine and physics.

For years, I have been painfully aware that most scientists feel that the mind has no role to play in their science, and tend to treat the mind as a secondary phenomenon that is somehow derived from the materialistic components of nature. I feel that this is very incorrect, and I would really like to share with other Buddhists my reasons for feeling this way.

To me, Buddhists are the real scientists of the mind, while the other scientists only seem to focus on the materialistic side of nature. As such, I think they are seriously lacking the full picture.
