Hello folks!
« on: January 16, 2016, 10:10:39 pm »

There's not much to say about me at the moment. I am Carlita and a Buddha. I practice Nichiren Buddhist (Mahayana) teachings. I'm pretty out spoken with a lot of opinions. I am very passionate about my faith and practices and I hope to exchange words of wisdom and chill with the diversity of Buddhas.

Take care,

Carlita

Hi, Carlita and welcome.

I look forward to reading your posts.
What Makes an Elder? :
A head of gray hairs doesn't mean one's an elder. Advanced in years, one's called an old fool.
But one in whom there is truth, restraint, rectitude, gentleness,self-control, he's called an elder, his impurities disgorged, enlightened.
-Dhammpada, 19, translated by Thanissaro Bhikkhu.
