I would not say so. One should take his time and observe the battle pain and suffering of plants, fighting to survive. Even a plant might look peaceful, because it's life is a little slower then our and we are not really aware of its actions, there are also less plants who have the merits to life a peaceful life.
Even their gaining food is mostly without harming, the struggle for shelter (place) and the struggle for limited resources is an fight starting form the beginning of their lives.

There is no place free of suffering in this world.
