Hi all,  I have recently translated the 阿難問事佛吉凶經 into English and released it into the Public Domain.

You can view or download it here:

Moreover, I also stumbled across this excellent series of translated lectures (by Master Chin Kung) of this same sutra here:

Furthermore, I am the translator of the following texts (available at the link below): Path to Pure Land, Upasaka Xia Lian Ju’s Infinite Life Sutra-Edition II, The Buddha’s Augur- The Guanyin Spiritual Response Oracle, Upasaka An Shi’s Discourse on the 48 Inquiries of Non Violence, The Treatise on Response and Retribution, Maxims of the Sages, Lord Wen Chang’s Yin Chih Wen and many more.

All of these translations are in the Public Domain and have No copyright. Anyone may use them for any purpose and neither attribution nor permission is required.

I hope these will prove interesting and useful to my fellow board members.

Thank you for that great translation. It's always good to return to this sutra, no matter how many times you have read it.
“You do not need to leave your room. Remain sitting at your table and listen. Do not even listen, simply wait, be quiet, still and solitary. The world will freely offer itself to you to be unmasked, it has no choice, it will roll in ecstasy at your feet.” Franz Kafka
