I definitely used to feel that way...now I am looking for simple things, simple explanations, simple wants, etc., which has managed to reduce the clutter...I have found that people who are the wisest are the ones who can be succinct.

What Makes an Elder? :
A head of gray hairs doesn't mean one's an elder. Advanced in years, one's called an old fool.
But one in whom there is truth, restraint, rectitude, gentleness,self-control, he's called an elder, his impurities disgorged, enlightened.

It can only happen when you're not being mindful.

Why would expansion be a bad thing?
Nirvana is true peace.
