Zazen & Yoga?

Since I am following a tradition *Gyobutsuji Zen Monastery in America* that does a lot of Simply Sitting (Zazen) I don't want to get to stiff and sore.

Recommend Yoga or Tai Chai?

And if so what kind of simple movements and or postures would be good to make sure the whole body stays healthy and strong  :suit:

Thats the nature of wellness, it needs and cries after compensation and that is, because it does not lead to cessation, not the path. What about just letting go of that what is of no use? Stopping to eat pleasant things will make the fitness center unnessesary. And stopping being after fitness reduce the need for nourishment. It's a question of walking the middle way of letting go of what causes harm for others and one self, cutting away both, left and right.
