Hi Everyone,

I'm hoping someone can help, I have been sitting for a couple of years now at home, concentrating on awareness and breathe, I am looking to find a school or practice where the emphasis is on meditation first and foremost. Zen sitting appeals to me but doesn't seem answer any questions, Dzogchen looks very inviting but there seems to be a lot of singing, dancing  and chanting. Does anyone know of a Tibetan style practice that encourages deep meditation but without all of the extras, I think I could be asking for trouble with this question, but here goes....
