Complete compassionate synchronization with everything in cosmic evolution is the path to eternal Nirvana.

Imagine Sun-Brahmins meditating on extending the life span of the sun to eternity and having compassionate evolution instead of darwinian evolution. If you don't understand the first part I suggest a vigorously determined research on the subject of Heisenbergs Uncertainty Principle. If you didn't understand the second part there is a need for metta meditation, it actually expands empathetic reasoning and reduces depression.

I wonder if this could even be called 'The Vajrasattva Ideal', the indestructible path of perfect goodness. Now that a challenge has arisen, there needs to be a time of Zen before the next challenge arises.

Meditate for your own sake, and for your own sake the Worlds.
