Thank you all for such great feedback!  This site would not be possible without you!

Yeah, it was time to stop imitating the old E-Sangha and just be Free Sangha!

Warning: I'm enough of a fundamentalist Tibet style Buddhist to believe that for the last 1,000 years Tibet has produced a handful of enlightened masters in every generation. I do not ask that YOU believe it, but it will greatly simplify conversations if you understand that about me. Thanks.

I love the new theme!  It's beautiful and the new interface is easier to navigate, too.

Two thumbs up, woot woot!

FYI, we're looking to resolve the following asap pointed out by one of our members:

-  On the recent posts page, the headings are in reverse type and especially the white on grey headings are very hard to read.  The white on black headings have more contrast, but the brain has to mentally adjust between trying to read the reverse type headings in and the positive type body text.

Using positive type would solve this as it improves scannability and thus improve the comprehension of the Dharma.

The intention aesthetically is to cater to those with any eyesight conditions and make the site as friendly as possible visually to those who might have:
vision issues
epilepsy

We want to have a basic black text on white background look.  We're still working out the little kinks that don't adhere that came custom in this theme template.  Gratefuldodger has been updating as we get feedback.  Thanks to her and all her REALLY hard work!!

Thanks OC, I'm near-sighted and if I have to strain too much with bad colors it really can give me a visual migraine.

I'm not seeing anything in reverse though, did you fix that already?

One can select what Theme they would prefer to use in their PROFILE. Simple alternating suitable colors are my preference. The new Theme is complex and exciting ... but monotony becomes me ......
...i found there was no "i" anywhere.....
