Merit-building opportunity

I have been asked by a friend to pass this information on. I have to admit that since I don't practice Tibetan Buddhism myself, I don't completely understand all aspects of it. Apparently it is a very good opportunity to generate some merit both because of this specific cause and that it is Guru Rinpoche day (sorry that I post this so late).
