Hi,
I suffer from pure o, its the intrusive thoughts form of ocd, I'd like to know if Buddha ever answers when you ask for help, does anyone have any experience like that?

Lazuli,

Buddhism has a very helpful understanding of the way the mind works and an appreciation of how our thoughts and feelings and judgments are not real in and of themselves. Mindfulness is the ability to allow these thoughts to come and go and focus on things just as they are. "Just this is enough."

Here is an article on national public radio about a mindfulness and non-judgmental approach to OCD. I hope you find it helpful.

You are in my prayers and meditations, -Liang

Thank you Liang, I'm struggling a lot at the moment, I suppose I just hoped if I wish enough my problem would go away, I know that's silly but even though I have good people around me I feel so alone, I wish there were angels to grant wishes
