Book Notes

It is possible to insert a mention or discussion of a book in many of the fora, but it would be helpful to have one place for book notes, reviews, commentary.

It might be a good idea.  I only hesitate because there are a lot of sections.  Maybe a little re-organizing is due.  Some sections could perhaps be consolidated and such a suggestion such as these could then be added and be even more prominent.

Perhaps the sections on languages and the library could be combined into -- "The Learning Zone" or some similar title.  Members Market started off well but gets very little traffic.  Maybe those subsections could be combined into one or two?  Then the Book Notes or Review Corner could be added.

There is the "Lotus Review" in the Tea Room. We could rename it and possibly move it if it would help.

This is the simplest; I did not know what "Lotus Review" meant - maybe flower arrangements

So "Book Notes" or Book Reviews or something explicit will do.
