Meditation sub forum?
« on: June 12, 2011, 12:51:12 am »
I'm going to post this suggestion here rather than communicate to other moderators and administrators since I want to know what other members think as well.

Is it odd to have the Meditation section in the "Lifestyle" forum?

Would it be better to have placed as its own sub-forum under " A Mosaic of Traditions - One Virtual Sangha" beside things like "Practice Tools"?  That is my suggestion.

What do others think, or does it even much matter?

Have it as a main link on the home page.

That what I am suggesting.  If it were more prominently listed on the forum index page, here --

it might get more attention.

Good idea - I think the easier it is to find such topics the better.  It's certainly an aspect of practice which attracts many questions.

Sounds like a good idea. I'll see if I can do it during the day, unless Matt beats me to it. I'm in the middle of cooking lunch now. :)
