I think there is also a lot of ignorance mixed into that circle. Many would not give into greed if they would understand the full consequences of their actions.
My actions are my only true belongings.
I cannot escape the consequences of my actions.
My actions are the ground on which I stand.

Are you sure? I guess there are two different kind of ignorance. One is moha (not knowing) and one is abort the already known.

While the first has neutral effects (sticking), the second has clearly negative effects. *smile* Out of that, it does not mean that everybody involved has a share on negative effects, many are simply naive but those who know have for sure a "good" share.

A blog which is maybe useful to understand the circle of greed *smile*

Eating meat falls into the same category.
But why did you always fight against vegetarism when it was debated? Because of being greedy for meat? :teehee:

Maybe its because its not an issue of ipod or samsung that leads one out? *smile*

For being greed for ipod or samsung I would need to desire for money to still this desire next. So what might be the real cause of suffering and how to get ride of it?

There would be no issue if you treated usage of iphones and eating meat in the same way. But you don't. And that is the point.

In order for self getting caught up in the idea of approaching "being a noble one" there is the need to perceive self's conduct as noble and to establish conduct of others as ignoble.
Self aggrandizement is based on such kinds of discriminations.

Putting aside ipods because there are more essential things for supporting the living body ... to let others earn the money for your living is your approach to get rid of it? :lmfao:

"Self aggrandizement is based on such kinds of discriminations." indeed, there is also no laughing without discrimination. Did you ever observe that? *smile*

Such things are needed as to compensate to hypocrisy. Without a self refection such things to not survive and vice versa. That is one it is needed to turn to virtue to come out of this circle. You can use panna or saddha, what ever is next, to escape from maya.

Meaning what others should do or not do or "what is" and "what is not" is the business of all the innumerable Hanzzes.

Is this an subliminal order or a apparently order like this? *smile*

I guess its not easy to earn the right thing, thanks there are sometimes good advices. So many kinds of earnings needs unmeasurable support. Sometimes subliminal, but sooner or later apparently.
