Most of the avatars I try from online photos are flattened from top to bottom.  Does every one have to be exactly square - 200x200 for example?

I think I fixed it. For some reason the HTML resizing didn't work as it should. There was an option to resize the pictures with Java Script and that seems to work a lot better.
