I am sorry I cant offer any advice.

But I have a question

Why would you want to do this nesajjika?

The Buddha himself didnt do such things.
The non-doing of any evil,
the performance of what's skillful,
the cleansing of one's own mind:
this is the teaching of the Awakened.

Just a thought that comes to mind. Perhaps by killing yourself slowly with this you will have eventually succeeded extinguished (at least temporarily) the most vital urge of sexuality. But one thing I think the buddha discovered is that suppression was not enough. You can not continue this forever, and eventually you will lose your energy for it, and those desires will resurge possibly even stronger than before. Such is the danger with suppression. You must truly transform your being in order to evolve beyond excessive carnal lusts. This I think would be better done other ways. I will leave it at that and you can think about it. But frankly a change of diet, place habits etc might be more helpful than anything.
