As practitioners, we should control our states of mind and be good at introspecting ourselves when we encounter anything. When we are faced with difficulties and obstacles or get criticized by someone else, we usually blame others and find faults in others or believe that these are caused by the outer reasons. In fact, all the problems originate from ourselves, and we seek worries ourselves. We need time to learn to admit this point slowly.
