Title: Tenzin Zangpo Rinpoche (16/10/2016)
Post by: Pang on October 18, 2016, 03:08:11 am
Some people might think that despite the blessings of the Gurus, Buddhas, and Bodhisattvas, all the things we have now do not come from the Guru or Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, but it is our hard work that brings the success and these rewards. I reckon that this kind of thought is totally wrong. If we only depend on our abilities and without the blessings of the Guru and the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, we cannot even obtain the human body, not to mention the success or any gains!

No need for the blessings of a guru.

Oneself is refuge of oneself,
who else indeed could refuge be?
By good training of oneself
one gains a refuge hard to gain.
