book study
« on: October 22, 2010, 09:38:27 pm »
Recently someone was insisting that it was important that we scolors (sic) learn much and talk at lenght about Buddhist theory.  The teachers reply was,

"As I say, get to the point.  Buddhist use sitting meditation rather than sitting book study".

Something for us all to keep in mind, I think.  However, how does one find the point?

Today, I found the point in an old internet conversation I had with Bhikku Samahita.
Sergeant Schultz was onto something.
